FIGHT NIGHT #429
It's a holiday for most, but Eddie & Jordan aren't mailing it in! In Round 1, Eddie hates Spectrum, Jordan went seal-watching, Sean Strickland defeated Abus Magmomedov despite almost losing an eye, & Savannah Marshall is the new undisputed super middleweight champ! Then the guys check-in on their year-end champ predictions, and it turns out they're kinda smart...
In Round 2, GSP is in Austin, Canelo moved his Diez y Seis fight because of the UFC, Brian Ortega doesn't know football, and the PFL San Antonio card has been announced.
It's the UFC's biggest weekend of the summer - International Fight Week! UFC 290 is Saturday, and it features THREE current champs and two former champs. Alex Volkanovski takes on Yair Rodriguez to unify the featherweight titles, Brandon Moreno is out to even the score with Alexandre Pantoja and hold onto his flyweight belt, and Robert Whittaker faces Dricus du Plessis for a shot at Israel Adesanya's middleweight crown.

In What's Up With That, it's Silly Season as the guys are forced to discuss the stupidity of Dana White promoting Zuckerberg vs Musk and "someone" mentioning Ronda Rousey returning to fight for the vacant women's bantamweight title.
This weekend, feel free to catch a movie! Saturday afternoon, the USA's Franchon Crews-Dezurn defends her undisputed super-middleweight titles against British superstar Savannah Marshall. That night, the UFC returns to the Apex with a card headlined by Sean Strickland vs Abusupiyan Magomedov.
