What If...? Ep. 2, The Night House, Malice at the Palace, Resort to Love, Tokyo Revengers, Summerslam | Episode 65
So much to talk about. Episode 2 of 'WHAT IF....?' ((1:51) has premiered and were all blessed with another performance of the late great Chadwick Boseman as he played T'Challa the Starlord. We were also able to catch a movie this past weekend, a horror/thriller film called 'THE NIGHT HOUSE' (25:14) starring Rebecca Hall. Netflix has begun it's 'UNTOLD' documentary series with 'MALICE IN THE PALACE'(36:18). A retelling of the famous NBA event that included NBA stars Jermaine O'Neal, Metta World Peace (Ron Artest at the time), and Stephen Jackson. Christiana Milian is back acting in her latest movie from Netflix 'RESORT TO LOVE' (49:55) and there's a new anime on the block with 'TOKYO REVENGERS' (57:47). Also this past weekend was a huge weekend for professional wrestling across the board. The return of the legend CM Punk with AEW and one of the largest wrestling events of the year with WWE's Summerslam (1:02:26). And of course we have more news including, the 'STAR WARS: VISIONS' trailer, the latest trailer for 'THE ETERNALS', a brief overview of the first 3 episode of 'SWEET LIFE: LOS ANGELES' and more.

What a week it has been since the last episode. The latest installment of the MonsterVerse is here and bigger than ever with 'GODZILLA VS KONG' (2:40) premiering on HBO Max. Of course we had to discuss the clash of the titans. This week we actually had two movie nights and outside of Godzilla vs Kong we watched 'CONCRETE COWBOY' (37:00) which premiered on Netflix, a movie about a rebellious teen sent to live with his father, who resides in a community of Cowboys in Philadelphia. You also know each and every week we have to discuss the latest episode of 'FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER' (50:30) as well as some new trailers and movie news (1:16:52) on the block including 'SPACE JAM: A NEW LEGACY' and other DC news. Not to mention one of the biggest music events in history happened this past Sunday as the legends, Earth, Wind and Fire, and the Isley Brothers came together for the most amazing Verzuz (1:52:57) thus far, resetting the culture and making everyone's week before it even started. Also in the world of music we have to discuss the recent news about the hip-hop icon DMX and the shocking reality about his health and what it might mean.
