The runstrong journey - Gary House
Gary House is a highly respected running coach, working with runners from all over the world. In this episode Gary tells us about how he started running and progressed from running up and down the Manchester canals to keep fit, to being a podium finisher over 24hrs.Â
We ask Gary about some of his coaching methods and how he gets the most from runners from all backgrounds, through "The Runstrong Club". Anna Martin is a long time personal trainer, nutrition advisor and group exercise instructor. Not only coaching individuals and groups, but also leading workshops, to help people truly excel! Anna has also suffered with scoliosis for most of her life.

The endurance of hardship - Dean Clarke
Dean Clarke is a former soldier, a personal trainer and he's trying to change the way the world views mental health. In this episode we talk about Deans army career and subsequent reintrogration into the civilian world. Dean openly discusses his fitness career, steroid use and events which ultimately culminated in two failed suicide attempts. Dean speaks with brutal honesty about his diagnosis with PTSD and bipolar disorder.
