Her life's purpose is to inspire and educate women to live, eat and move with intention and confidence so they can create the family of their dreams and thrive along the journey. She obtained her BS degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science and MS degree in Clinical Nutrition at Bastyr University, the leading institution in natural health sciences. In this episode we chat about common but not normal symptoms that might be deeper signs for women to optimize their health and fertility. We talk about periods or your cycle, trying to conceive, fertility, postpartum mood swings and how you can eat your way to optimal health and fertility with the wisdom and guidance from Anisa. My favorite part is when we deep dive into our mindset and how we do have a lot of power in our wellness journey! We truly believe every woman deserves to feel healthy and well. How she healed her body and mind intentionally with small and big holistic lifestyle changes and received guided help along the way. She paints the picture of her home birth and takes us there into the depths of her journey as it is so fresh in her memory. She even faced shoulder dystocia during the birth of her daughter with grace, empowerment and swift guidance from her midwife.
