Britain's Hidden War: 250,000 Girls, the UK is being taken | Sammy Woodhouse EP 238

    06/22/2026 | 29 mins.
We need to know about this or it’ll come to us. In this deeply urgent and horrifying episode, I spoke with activist and survivor Sammy Woodhouse ( @officialsammyuk ) to discuss the recently released Rape Gang Inquiry Report and expose the hidden, massive crisis that’s occurring across the UK (and areas of Europe). After surviving years of horrific exploitation, rape, abuse, and a total systemic failure by the authorities who were paid to protect her, Sammy took matters into her own hands. She exposed the largest child abuse scandal in British history, leading to a 35-year prison sentence for her abuser. The fact that she had to do this herself is shameful. Sammy has recently lead the Rape Gang Inquiry, alongside MP Rupert Lowe, that reveals a terrifying reality: an estimated 250,000 girls and women have been harmed by these institutional cover-ups and targeted Pakistani Muslim networks (on the low end). Nobody talks about it because they don’t want to be called racist. It’s insane. From being briefed by mainstream media not to mention the demographics of her abusers live on air, to exposing the deep corruption within UK social care, police forces, and political parties, Sammy shares her story and the story of countless others. This is conversation about rampant immigration, the dangers that come with that, and corruption at the highest levels of the government. Ben Greenfield Breaks Down Every Peptide, Patch and Protocol He Uses When He Travels | Ben Greenfield EP 237

    06/03/2026 | 1h 26 mins.
    Ben Greenfield is back.

This episode is very practical and very dense. We cover the carnivore and lion diet clinical study I’m running, including why we’re comparing those diets against ketogenic and standard American diets for autoimmune and psychiatric conditions.

Ben also walks through his peptide routine, including what he uses on travel days, why he prefers NAD patches over IVs, and his morning and evening growth hormone peptide protocol.

We also get into why the peptide market has changed, seed oils, histamine sensitivity, grass-fed vs. grain-finished beef, mold exposure, and why “clean” food is not always as clean as people think.

Mitochondrial Transplants Heal Cells | Tom Benson Ep 234

    05/20/2026 | 1h 13 mins.
I had Tom Benson, CEO of Mitrix on to discuss mitochondrial transplantation. We covered what mitochondria are, the discovery that your body is constantly delivering fresh mitochondria through your bloodstream (people didn’t know that mitochondria were transferred outside the cell until recently!), why we age, what kills mitochondria (stress, smoking, radiation, chemotherapy and certain antibiotics like fluoroquinolones, psych meds), why COVID destroys mitochondria and what that means for long COVID, the Alzheimer's and Parkinson's brain tissue regeneration research their company has already done in mice, what mitochondrial transplantation actually is and how it has already been used in pediatric heart surgery, what a bioreactor growing mitochondria for personal use might look like, and more.
