Launching our the first ever #SplashCast, we will be bringing you the 'Beyond the Water' series hosted by Patrick Parker (Executive Coaching & Group ‘adventure’ facilitation. Director of Specialised Degree Programmes in Business Education) as he talks to Elizabeth Winfield, the Operations Manager for the Kayak 4 Heroes Team. In the first episode, the pair discuss the Kayak4Heroes challenge and how the five-man team (Darren, Luke, Jonny, Ben & Carl) are aiming to achieve a world first by becoming the first adaptive team of veterans to complete the iconic British challenge of Land’s End to John O’ Groats by kayak– an incredibly testing journey of 1,400 kilometres across some of the UK's toughest waters.
