In this raw, personal episode of Life by Design, I’m taking you behind the scenes of the last 48 hours and the health journey that led here.
After COVID and years of being in fight-or-flight, I spent three years being told I had “ear infections”… and swallowed 28 rounds of steroids and antibiotics for something I never had. A second opinion revealed the truth and it changed everything.
Now in 2026, a swollen ankle led to imaging that revealed a 5+ cm tumor in my fibula and a STAT referral to orthopedic oncology. I’m sharing what this moment is teaching me about listening to your body, advocating for yourself, reducing stress and inflammation, and leaning into faith when life gets loud.
