  In this episode I share about the Take it Down Tool and Take it Down Act. The TIDA is a pivotal piece of legislation designed to combat the devastating impact of non-consensual intimate imagery including deep fake porn. It makes it a federal crime to knowingly publish these images, compels online platforms to remove the images in 48 hours and solves the problem of inconsistent state laws.
