With expertise in analytics, event documentation, and partnership building, Edwin is an advocate for connecting and promoting the university's academic community. He serves on teh City of Salisbury's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, contributing to infrastructure planning and public events. Edwin is a public speake at events, such as Council Sessions at the City of Salisbury. Edwin's background includes work with cultural and educational nonprofits, a Master's in Urban Management from the Technische Universitat Berlin, Germany, bilingual proficiency in English and German, and experience in GIS, graphic design, and digital platforms. Ediwn organized and presented at a PlacemakingUS Salisbury Town Showcase webinar in collaboration with Ryan Smolar in March 2024. He is in contact with several placemakers and was a part of the Placemaking Week in Baltimore in June 2024.
