As the world marvels at the Artemis Mission in preparation for a future trip to Mars, we take you on a trip to the "Field of Mars" in this week's President's Podcast.
"Field of Mars" is the translation for the Latin "Campus Martius" which is the First Settlement of the Northwest Territory or what we call today the Campus Martius Museum in Marietta, Ohio.
As part of our America-250 coverage we take you on a tour of the museum that surrounds the original home of General Rufus Putnam, the man many consider the "'Father of Ohio," who was charged by President George Washington with leading the Ohio Company to establish what is now Marietta.
Join us for a very special look at the history that still lives inside this museum.
