We also unpacked the pre-action protocols and discussed how parties can go about selecting mediators. Finally, we analysed how jurisdictions such as the Netherlands, Trinidad and Tobago, British Columbia (Canada), Nigeria, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, and the USA have embraced digital transformation and court digitisation. He is a workplace policy specialist and union relations and grievance management expert. We analysed the efficacy of Appropriate/Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in combating workplace bullying, discrimination, and harassment while examining the most suitable processes for safeguarding employees from such offences. We revealed the laws /employers’ legal obligations that are in place to prevent and address such behaviours while examining the encouragement of reporting and resolving such incidents through ADR. Furthermore, we highlighted the common obstacles that impede employees from reporting, such as fear of retaliation from the organisation or employer. • Celebrating Ombuds Day with Alec Chapa #OmbudsDay2025

  I was privileged to engage in a stimulating and thought-provoking podcast session with Alec Chapa on Expert Views on ADR (EVA) Vid/Podcast Show. He is the Co-Chair of the ABA Dispute Resolution Ombuds Committee and a Conciliation Specialist with the U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service. He founded Mosaic Collaborative Consulting. • ADR and Arbitration: An Australian Perspective with Dr Benjamin Hayward

We delved into the various types of disputes that can be resolved through arbitration, such as energy disputes. We also explored how arbitration has enhanced access to justice in Australia. This includes the initiatives of the Australian Arbitral bodies/institutions to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and tackle cybersecurity concerns. Furthermore, we highlighted the impact of third-party funding on access to justice and the efficiency of settling disputes through arbitration compared to litigation. We also enumerated the many benefits of legal research in Arbitration via Educational /research podcasts while discussing the recently amended Australian Arbitration rules.
