Radical Islamist Becomes NYC Mayor 24 Years After 9/11: How????
In this podcast, Jeff tries to understand how a Muslim terror supporter could become Mayor of NYC just 24 years after 9/11. It makes no sense yet it makes all the sense in the world. And while NYC circles the drain, the Republican Party is now mainstreaming actual Nazis. If you wonder what’s next for America, just look to Europe: that’s us in a few years.

Anyone Who Thinks President Trump Forged Peace in the Middle East Can Buy a Bridge I’m Selling in Brooklyn / Bruce Cutler Has Died: What a Wonderful Mob Lawyer - And Friend - He Was
In this episode, Jeff points out the ridiculousness of the belief that President Trump has brought peace to the Middle East with the ceasefire agreement he got Israel and Hamas to sign. There is a mountain of evidence which makes clear that this ceasefire is simply a lull until the next war. In the meantime, the leftists/terrorists are making massive inroads into America and our failure to cut off the head of the terror snake will be our country’s greatest failure in the not so distant future. In other news, Bruce Cutler has passed, at one point the most famous lawyer in the world. Bruce also was the lawyer who had a large part in getting Jeff to drop Pre-med in college and go to law school. In this podcast, Jeff recounts some very funny Bruce stories from years past. RIP Bruce.

Charlie Kirk is Assassinated by a Far-Leftist and the Left Celebrated: What Must Come Next
In this podcast, Jeff discusses the assassination of Charlie Kirk by yet another deranged leftist shooter. As disturbing as the shooting was, the celebrations from the left — which included professionals, teacher and health care providers — were even more troubling. Jeff discusses what needs to come next if we are to avoid sliding into the abyss as a country.

Italy Was Great — Italians Are Hilarious / Young People Refuse to Work and Their Laziness Is About to Get Hamas Elected Mayor of NYC
In this podcast, Jeff talks about his trip to Italy and love of Italians — and notes the many similarities between Italians and Jews and one glaring difference. Italy was great but the constant content making of young people in Capri annoyed him. Only this dopey, lazy mentality could drive the success of Zorhan Mamdani, a Socialist Hamas supporter, in the NYC mayoral race.

Causing an International Incident on a Wednesday / The World Has Gone Insane as it Refuses to Disarm Hamas / National Baseball Card Show: Some Thoughts and a Nice Score
In this episode, Jeff returns after a few weeks off — and explains how one press conference in Chicago spiraled into a fabricated international incident with the Mexican government. Representing Ovidio Guzmán (El Chapo’s son) became less about legal defense and more about being scapegoated by terrified politicians. In the end, free speech and the truth will always shine through. And the Mexican people? Jeff notes that his respect for them has grown exponentially. Also covered: Hamas’ newest PR strategy — letting Gaza starve while hoarding food in tunnels and filming propaganda videos of emaciated kids (whose fat parents are somehow not starving). The lies grow louder, the propaganda slicker, and yet Western liberal and far-right Jew haters just can’t stop blaming Israel and taking it out on Jews. All while the next mayor of NYC will be a Hamas cheerleader who wants government-owned supermarkets and to arrest the Prime Minster of Israel. The downward spiral that began in 2008 nears completion. And finally, Jeff goes full collector mode: a breakdown of the baseball card National Show in Chicago. Too many rooms, too many scammers, but one glorious vintage Orioles cabinet card makes the entire hellscape worth it.
About Beyond the Legal Limit with Jeffrey Lichtman
Recently described by the media as a "legendary New York criminal defense attorney," Jeffrey Lichtman has successfully handled criminal trials and appeals on some of the country's largest stages. His clients include those charged in the federal and state systems with white collar and non-white collar offenses. For over 30 years, Mr. Lichtman's practice style has been marked by exhaustive pretrial preparation and smothering pressure inside the courtroom. His cross-examinations, in fact, have been described in the media during the John Gotti, Jr. trial as a "relentless pounding" in which witnesses were "put through the blender and shredded." The Gotti trial ended with the dismissal of three murder conspiracy charges, an acquittal on a $25 million securities fraud charge, and a deadlocked jury on every remaining count. The media described the verdict as an "unbelievable courtroom upset" and Mr. Lichtman's work as "brilliant." In the recent high-profile Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman trial lasting 3 1/2 months, Mr. Lichtman's work was described by the media as "an astonishing performance" and "so wildly entertaining."
Some of Mr. Lichtman's recent clients also include Assistant USC basketball coach Tony Bland, Emma Coronel, rappers Fat Joe and The Game, the alleged Boss of the Colombo Family Andrew Russo, Olympians, judges, doctors, lawyers, politicians, and countless others.
Mr. Lichtman's appellate practice has also had great success, winning freedom for clients sentenced to lengthy prison terms. In September of 2010, he won the freedom for a client who had been convicted and sentenced to 27 years in prison for multiple counts of sexual assault of four victims. After his appeal to the NJ Appellate Division forced the trial court to grant a hearing on trial counsel's possible ineffectiveness, Mr. Lichtman's scathing examination of trial counsel was halted by the judge – who indicated she was prepared to vacate the conviction on the spot – and the client was released, never to return to prison again.
A 1990 graduate of Duke University School of Law, Mr. Lichtman's office has begun representing individuals on Civil Rights/police misconduct issues as well as on sexual harassment and discrimination claims -- and in just a short time, Mr. Lichtman has garnered multiple millions of dollars of settlements for women sexually harassed in the workplace, and was selected as a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Mr. Lichtman has recently been profiled in New York Magazine, the New York Daily News, and in The New York Times as part of the "Public Lives" series. Mr. Lichtman can also be heard as a guest host on 710 WOR Radio (every Monday morning at 7:05 AM), WABC Talk Radio, Fox News Radio, and AM 970 The Answer in New York City. Mr. Lichtman’s office website is www.JeffreyLichtman.com.
